Federico Paganini joins the Executive Board of PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland

He joins the existing Executive Board, which consists of Martial Barbier (Managing Director), Andreas Eichhorn (Director Finance & Administration), and Gerd Kaiser (Director Customers & Channels).

Based in Chur, Federico Paganini brings over 13 years of retail experience with a strong focus on strategic management. Most recently, he served as Regional Director at Manor, responsible for Eastern and Central Switzerland. Prior to that, he was part of Manor’s Senior Leadership Team as Food Director Supermarkets & Gastronomy.

With his expertise in omnichannel, digital transformation, and people development, Federico Paganini will further strengthen PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland’s market position and drive the strategic development of the Commercial & Marketing division.

Federico Paganini holds an MSc in Management from the University of Lugano, he has completed Executive Education programs at IMD and the HSGH focusing on Digital Transformation and Strategic Leadership, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning and the development of innovative business strategies. He speaks German, French, Italian, and English, and is deeply rooted in Switzerland.
